Managing the creative process

The aim of this campaign was to showcase customers' stories in a captivating manner and highlight Wells Fargo’s capabilities as a lender.

In my role as the Creative Lead, I oversaw the campaign's development, participated in photo shoots, and worked closely with the Creative Art Director. We collaborated seamlessly to develop and implement a highly impactful campaign that successfully engaged audiences and conveyed a meaningful message.

As the Creative Lead, I helped develop mood boards and shot lists from scouting locations. Participated in photo shoots, ensuring that the photographs captured the essence of the customers' stories and met brand standards. Then worked closely with the photographer and retoucher to execute on the vision. Fiannly, communicated with the Brand team to get approvals and updated stakeholders as needed on campaign progress. 

  • Oversaw the development by the studio designers.
  • Reviewed and approved all deliverables. 
  • Obtained stakeholder feedback and approvals, and evaluated their satisfaction.
  • Identified opportunities for improvement and made changes to the design process accordingly.

The advertising campaign gained exposure in a range of industry publications. It effectively conveyed the unique experiences and accomplishments of diverse customers, while also showcasing Wells Fargo’s expertise. There was a demand from other customers to be featured in future campaigns. This led to increased engagement from potential prospects that drove new business leads.
